First time staying here and this will be my new hotel in Sosua
Central location & walking distance to places of interests. Restaurant food is good. On site parking for guests. Property clean. Rooms clean but dated. Odor in bathroom maybe due to plumbing pipes need to be cleaned or replaced. Seems like the odor is coming up from drains. Bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. AC unit in room needs to be cleaned. Mold seem to be inside unit. Over night security guard unfriendly.
The staff was very friendly and the restaurant is very good. The rooms were clean. The pressure in the shower was very low and the water fluctuated between hot and cold often while taking a shower.

The property has a nice size swimming pool and restaurant on site, which is handy. Also they include breakfast which was great! I didn’t like being not many people I was stuck walking up 3 flights of stairs constantly, also the pool was dirty, had trash and some water bugs I was constantly fighting to keep away while in the pool. I told the hotel, reply was “sorry they left for the day”? Well it needs attention now, grab someone to clean. I even offered to do it myself but was told again “sorry I don’t even know where the equipment is”. All around a disappointing experience will try a different hotel next time in sosua on the strip.
Almost everything was good other than the air conditioner leaking water, otherwise it was nice.

Location is great. These rooms need to be updated years ago. The complementary breakfast worst part of the stay. I would rather pay for breakfast.
