Security, restaurants, supermarket, golf course, country club, bars, minutes from ocean world, where you can try your luck at the casino, very nice restaurants by the marina, night club, at the same time you are going to be across from the teleferico that take you to the top of the mountain of Isabel de torres once you are there you will enjoy the view of the city and the ocean, impress, 25 minutes away you can enjoy of the nature of the 27 charcos waterfall, this is a place to relax by the pool or enjoy all the fun of the island.

Location and overall appearance of property was good. As for the amenity they were lacking.

Was very disappointed with my stay.The common area's of the house are shared, my rental was for a room only which is not clearly stated in the property details. I feel this was very deceptive. Was given 2 towels changed out every 3 days and no bath mat. No place to hang towels, small soap bar, no extra trash bags, and a general lack of maintenance. Property owner booked the other rooms after clearly stating we would have the house to our self. On one occasion had no water in the house but thankfully that was resolved quickly. Was very upset with the communication with the owner and the way I was treated on my vacation. Please be aware that community house means rooms for rent, house is at a different rental rate I was not the only renter that had different exspectation. Will not rent this place in the future.
