First , tbe hotel was in the middle of complete renovation. There was scaffolding accross the balconies, exposed wiring, uneven walkways and steps, construction people working on all floors and debris everywhere. There was no sound insulation from the loud beach party accross the street that lasted past 2:00 am.. The shower had no shelving, so the shampoo bottles were on the floor. The pictures looked completely different from reality. Even the "beach access" photo was photoshopped to take out the large moss-covered, jagged boulders that prevented beach access. I have photos to.prove it. We left the hotel a day early, and received a partial refund. A truly regrettable experience start to.finish.

We were really excited about our trip until we arrived we saw that the whole building was under construction, which is something that was never mentioned to us days prior when we had called. The pool was closed and was also never mentioned to us. Construction was extremely loud and didn’t let us rest since they arrived early at 7 AM and left late throughout the day at 7 PM . Not only that but the shower was poorly installed, the water went all over the bathroom floor since there was no incline for the water to leave correctly. Internet was also bad and never worked, when we first arrived we called in regards of the internet and were told that it would be temporary but ended up never working the tv also never worked since Wifi wasn’t available. The wall next to us was also under construction which made the room very cold.

The room was beautiful as was the balcony view. The staff (front desk and parking lot security guard) were pleasant. Many rooms were under construction but it was not disruptive to our stay. We will return.

The hotel was okay, but it could have been better. They should have notified us about the construction and maintained the pool area. I expected a bartender at the poolside, but there wasn’t one. The pool area was quite noisy due to nearby traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the multiple rooms being updated too early for comfort made it uncomfortable. Overall, it was an average experience.

This is a dog friendly hotel which my dog has stayed in many. We stayed there for 4 days we had dirt and sand from ocean i whiped my make up off ect. They made us pay $1000 peso as a deposit. They said the room smelled and things were stained. Gizzy was always clean we got dirty of course everything was white. They charged us. $600. The pool was very cold. No fridge no microwave. The staff there was very nice till we left. Great location Mannys is across the road.
