The staff is very friendly and professional I speak limited Spanish but that was no problem. Property is quite yet has a restaurant and bar on site. Restaurant dinner is fantastic

This is not a four star hotel. The property is run down and the rooms are in dire need of up dating. The rooms are clean but furniture is from the 70’s and has not been well maintained. There is some nice woodwork in the structure but closets and tables are very cheap and need a fresh coat of paint. We have been traveling in Argentina for a month and have stayed in 4 - star hotels though out and this was by far the worst. Three stars at best. The breakfast was also terrible. It is served to you an has two small slices of melon and the rest starchy breads and cereal with a horrible sweet milk. Dinner in the restaurant was equally disappointing. Overpriced and odd combinations. The fish rolled in papaya was a mealy fish sausage that I could not eat. My husband had the mushroom pasta which was underdone and heavily sauced. I would say the worst meal in Argentina thus far. Hotel staff was helpful but restaurant just ok.

Excellent food Best food I had in SA Close to downtown and bus to falls is a 3 min walk away

It seems to be a boutique hotel but needs to be improved, particularly rooms. The room was quite large but dark and not clean. It took quite long time to take a shower due to very low water pressure. In the evening it rained and this made noisy enough to make us awake. The roof seems to be very thin and produced severe noisy. The glass window was coated with special film, only look through from insde. This was ok daytime. But in the evening, when outside was dark and inside was bright, it reversed. We were seen from outside but could see outside. The staff was very kind and informative. The restaurant in the hotel was remarkable! It was quite expensive but strongly recommended.

Dear guest. The property, is under a perfect condition, also the furniture of each room, mounted exclusively for each of them. We offer for each guest an personal and elaborately breakfast, All the waiters, prepare each detail individually on request, as, differents options of eggs, espresso coffee on demand at made it in the moment required, fresh seasonal fruits. And many more options. As well the Restaurant De la Fonte, one of the best rated restaurant in the city, for the quality of its dishes and the most exquisite combinations. Although one understands the lack of culinary knowledge and that the options offered there, they are nothing in ordinary. We regret that you have left your opinion on this page instead of made it, during the stay. We consider that the situation you explain on this circumstance, may be not well intentioned. We would gladly offer you accommodation nights to reverse your pitiful opinion, but even your comment was left anonymously. Best regards
