The listing information is incorrect. After reservation, Vrbo sent the wrong address and WhatsApp number. Those information belongs to a hotel nearby. We got help from the hotel to locate the host. Co-host Carlos brings us to a different apparment. After I point out it is NOT my reservation, Carlos eventually agrees to put us in contact with the host who only speaks Spanish. She offers a 50% refund. We contacted Vrbo. Its service team offers to refund us and helps us find a hotel at expedia.com/hotels.com within double of our payments. Since we can't find hotels on the spot at that budget. We finally take the offer from the host. The aparment we stay is listing as "My place in paradise" at Vrbo which uses exactly the same pictures as this listing "My place in paradise II". The aparment is on the second floor and spacious for 4 people. But I won't recommend due to the check-in issues I mentioned.
