I have never written a review before but we were so impressed by Eco Friendly that I must share our recent experience here. Harry, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I had the most comfortable stay. He gave us a lot of recommendations and helpful tips on staying on the island. The room and bathroom was very clean and had purified water you can drink straight from the sink! Harry also left us a bottle of red wine, which we enjoyed very much in the hot tub. They also have hammocks, a library, some gym equipment, and a toddler swing. There are also bikes and snorkel gear available for the day. Breakfast was different every morning and always very good! The most remarkable aspect of our stay by far was Harry’s hospitality. Whenever he saw us heading out, he insisted on dropping us off. One night, I forgot a sweater at a restaurant in town and though it was quite late, Harry went by himself to bring it back for me! We are so happy we stayed at Eco Friendly and grateful to Harry for giving us an amazing experience. We already miss it and there’s no question that we’d return if we got the chance to visit San Cristobal again.

The owner picked us up at the dock when we arrived. The hotel has nice decorations. The room is spacious with a king bed for the 2 of us. Like the other hotel we stayed at Baltra, they can add more hangers and hooks for towels in the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast is very good, they made pancake and scramble e.g. one day and ham and cheese sandwich and egg another day, with juice and coffee. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the water front. I would recommend this hotel.
Wonderful comments, definitely you will have more hooks and hangers, and we are so happy that you like our breakfast, is all with organics products. And for the people that care about the nature and conservation, this is the place to stay, with ecological integrity.
