We’re minutes from a wide array of restaurants, shops, and activities. Just three minutes from Bradford St. and one additional block to Commercial St.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs.
➔ Front bedroom has a queen bed
➔ Center bedroom has two twin beds and a work area with desk, chair, monitor, and printer
➔ Back bedroom has a queen bed.
➔ We also have a sleeper sofa downstairs.
Our home sleeps 6 adults comfortably in beds. If you're planning to use the pullout and invite extra guests, please let us know in advance. Additional guest charges apply.
Front and back bedrooms have window unit AC which are installed at the end of May.
Heat is throughout controlled by the thermostat in the center bedroom.
Our bedrooms do not have overhead lighting, but a lamp is in each room.
Please note that the two bedrooms at the far ends of the house have closed doors. The bedroom in the middle with two twin beds has a pocket door that closes to the bathroom on one side, and a bifold door on the other that leads to a landing and downstairs.
There is also a pull-out couch downstairs in case guests wish to use that instead.

Our two fully renovated bathrooms give plenty of space for your group to get read and look fabulous! The main bathroom is downstairs, featuring a double vanity and tiled shower. Upstairs is the second bathroom, off the center bedroom and back hallway.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature! Our outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for enjoying the coastal breeze and soaking up the sun. Whether you're cooking out on the patio or simply unwinding on the front porch, you'll find tranquility and serenity right outside your door.
There is a covered front porch with two chairs, an excellent place for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. An exclusive use patio is on the side of the home with a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch and a couple lounge chairs.

Like many Provincetown parking spots, ours is tight and likely won’t fit large trucks or large SUVs as they may hang out the back end of the parking pad. Think Jeep Cherokee and smaller.
One reasonably-sized vehicle will fit no problem. Just please make sure you're parking toward the left side of the lot nearest our building, and remember to leave room for our full-time neighbor on the far right (he has a red pickup truck) to ensure a smooth parking experience for everyone.
For additional parking, we're just a block from the Montello-Bradford Parking Lot, which has an additional fee.
We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.
Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing. Sometimes, we might hear footsteps outside or another dog.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, well kept, and exactly as described. Super convenient location with quick access to town, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay here again!
Our group had a great stay in this location! We absolutely loved how close it was to Commercial Street and enjoyed our time on the patio both the front and the side. Our host was absolutely communicative with any questions that we had during our stay, which was comforting.The amenities were perfect for us to have fun group dinners and brunches through throughout the week!
We had an incredible stay at this property. The house is in a perfect location. It was close to everything so we walked to the beach, shopping and fabulous restaurants. The host was wonderful and responded quickly to answer our questions and make recommendations for activities and restaurants. The property was immaculate, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. We had a lovely stay.
The 4 of us had a wonderful week here. This house is in a great location - convenient and quiet. Lovely neighborhood. It was immaculate and well provisioned. Very comfortable. Good heat and ac. Beautiful modern kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Communication with the property manager was exceptional and he went out of his way for us. Will definitely stay again.
Jason was an amazing host! My wife, dog and I stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend. We have stayed in Ptown many times, this was by far our favorite. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. The house was immaculate and perfectly clean. We will definitely be back to stay. Jason was easy to reach with any questions and was very accommodating to us. Thank you so much!
Where do we start?! Communication with the host before, during and after our stay was almost immediate and always very helpful. The location was fantastic and the details offered by the host were all exactly what we found. The whole house was completely stocked including the kitchen - with serve ware, cookware and supplies as were the bathrooms - with plenty of towels and personal care supplies. The house is located one block off of Bradford and two blocks from Commercial - where most stores and restaurants are located, so the only time we drove our car was to head out to Herring Cove and Race Point beaches. And the people we met, both locals and travelers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a great long weekend - thank you Josh.
Overall this was a nice stay in Ptown, however while the unit has Air Conditioning, the window units in the two bedrooms are pretty weak and there's no A/C in the third bedroom. If this was a hot summer week in Ptown this wouldn't be nearly enough
