Nice well kept property in a secluded area. A shopping plaza is located a mile or two away that includes shopping and several different restaurants. Easy check in, good breakfast spread, and clean hotel.

My experience was average, there were cobwebs in every corner of the room, especially by the lounge chair. There was hair wrapped around the shampoo bottle in the shower, which was gross. The elevator had coffee stains all over the floor it just all around, needed some cleaning so I literally just went to sleep, woke up, grabbed a banana and left. I definitely didn’t feel that it was that clean and honestly upset me that I chose Holiday Inn over the Home2suites next-door.

Bathroom door would not shut as it was badly out of alignment. Hotel could have been cleaner. Road noise from the interstate was very loud all night long. Service was good, breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The gym is extremely well equipped. My AC didn’t work so they switched my room to another one but that didn’t work either. Other than that I had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

The kitchen stopped bringing food out at 9:30 am, a 1/2 hour before breakfast ended. What’s the purpose of staying open until 10 then! It may have been the staff, however if that’s the SOP, something should change. There was cold cereal left. Nothing else, and the kitchen staff was just there in back.

The unit in our room was not working well enough to heat the room. When we contacted the front desk, she came up personally to attempt and when that did not work, she offered us the option of receiving extra blankets or to switch rooms. We chose blankets, as it was already 8PM and she accommodated us quickly.
