The exterior displays a lush backyard with fruit trees and tropical plants. Gather together and enjoy wonderful meals at the outdoor dining area, complete with a gas grill. There are sunning chairs for soaking up the sun or reading your favorite book. There is also a private hot tub for dreamy moments beneath the stars and an outdoor shower to rinse off.
Inside, you will find all the comforts and conveniences of home. An array of windows allow the sun's rays to pour in, creating a vibrant environment. The home is composed of warm hues, high ceilings, natural accents, and charming decor and artwork. When you're not relaxing in the comfy living room, there is an enclosed lanai that offers another space to retreat and enjoy the home's serenity. The full kitchen sparkles with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy meals in the elegant dining area.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, everyone will have enough room to spread out and enjoy the space! The coveted primary suite comes complete with a King bed, spacious closet, TV, and French door access to the private fenced outdoor patio. Its accompanying ensuite has a walk-in shower and vanity. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with its King bed and spacious closet. A second full bathroom is down the hall for added convenience. Third room holds a full size Murphy bed to accommodate an additional 2 guests! Enclosed lanai has a portable A/C and a daybed with twin-size mattress. Living room has a sofa bed with queen size mattress.
When you want to explore the area, you'll be just steps from the Makai Golf Course which features 18 amazing holes - some with ocean views! Hop in the car and take a quick drive down Kuhio Highway to Hanalei which features amazing beaches (be sure to bring the provided beach chairs and additional beach equipment!) and snorkeling spots, lots of local dining and shopping options, and some truly amazing vistas, especially during sunset. Take a romantic or adventurous day to explore Princeville Ranch where you can do anything from ziplining and riding ATVs to packing a lunch and riding horseback to the perfect picnic spot for two.

• This rental is located on floor 1.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway. Please do not park on the grass.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

All guests shall abide by SavageVacations good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

For guest safety and property security, there is an exterior camera located at the front entrance. This camera is operational and may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
