The accommodations were immaculate. Another bonus was location. Very close to shopping, 15 minute hike down to the beach and close to lots of other beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed overall, we would come here again in a heartbeat

Stylish apartment

Apartment was very nice decorated and had a fully equiped kitchen. Lush Garden, easy parking.The building itself and the outdoors show signs of the humidity and age of the building. Close to the shops and walking distance (steep dirt road) to a beautiful beach (also acceslible by car).

Large, lovely home in Paradise

place feel so spacious and welcoming. Lots of patio doors and windows to keep a breeze flowing through the place. Communal pool is 9' deep and big. Great to cool off in, or lounge around. Communication with property manager was easy and responsive. We loved our week-long stay.

Simply beautiful

We had a fabulous stay in Princeville. This location was clean with beautiful modern decor. The place was big enough for 6 of us to be comfortable and not on top of each other. The management team checked in on us which gave us peace of mind. We would definitely stay in this home again! Mahalo!

Extremely lovely

This was an amazingly lovely and spacious condo. The complex is well maintained. The pool is just a few steps away. Since we stayed in January, the lack of AC wasn't an issue, but I'd rethink the use of the third bedroom in hotter months.

Comfortable and spacious but …….

We were a family of 5 flown in from another country the day we checked in. The property was very spacious, bright and airy. The beds were comfortable and the tropical surrounds were beautiful. We are used to staying in other self contained accommodation which I have not been allowed to mention! around the world including mainland US but not with VRBO. We were very surprised to find that no shampoo/conditioner or body wash was provided even though it was mentioned that there will be a starter pack and bring your own toiletries? We are on holidays so was definitely not expecting to have to go and buy huge bottles of shampoo etc and worry about the toilet paper running out for the three bathrooms. And there’s no mentioned what was in the starter pack. There were lots of cutlery but not enough wine and drinking glasses or plates so we had to do a lot of hand washing because there wasn't enough dish washing tablets for our one week stay. As it’s prime holiday period we paid a lot of money so was very disappointed to have to go out and buy a lot of things as soon as we arrived. Well now we know what VRBO properties are like so we will reconsider renting with them again.

Great Space

This unit had ample space for family to spend time together and space for rest or reading quiet time away from each other. The deck is incredibly large. As a repeat visitor to the islands I’d love to pick this unit up and plant one on each location I visit as the deck and floor plan were the best we have seen.

I should have read more about this rental before staying

The remodel is really nice and the condo was super clean. There were a few hick ups and I probably would not choose to stay here again. There is no AC which I knew but it would have been nice to have the fans running when we arrived because it was sooooo hot inside therefore no one wanted to go in. The freezer was broken which they told me about the day before our stay so we had no choice. There are no beach chairs but there is a broken umbrella. No master closet to hang clothes in so my suitcase was on the floor in a mess for the time we stayed. The master bath toilet is not bolted to the floor. The window AC in the master worked well once we turned the fans on but the window AC unit in the other downstairs bedroom did not work. The upstairs loft does not cool off at all and does not have windows. If none of these things would bother you then this is a nice quiet garden condo. Pool is nice also and parking wasn't hard. Overall we had a nice time and just used the place to sleep. Kauai is amazing and we can't wait to go back.

This was an amazing place to stay! We LOVED it! It had everything you needed, it was clean, it was beautiful, it made our vacation awesome!! There are so many little spots to just sit and enjoy this magical island…sip your coffee from any location in the morning and just relax! I loved coming “home” after our adventures each day! Family of 5 stay

Great updated finishes from recent renovations. Still need to finish off a few items including operable sliding glass doors to deck, electrical and rockling toilets. Grounds and pool are very nice for a mature property. Could use more window treatments to keep unit cool during day. Note that owner does not want guests to use window AC units(which doesn't make sense to me when temperature gets above 80°).

Updated spacious condo with wrap around patio

We stayed just after Thanksgiving and love the location on the North side of the island...we typically stay in this area. Communication with Management Company was perfect. Quiet community and Princeville Center restaurants and grocery are walkable. Remodel is impeccable! Lots of seating options and space for family/friends to be together or have some personal space. Upstairs bedroom with adjacent bathroom and seating area is a separate suite in addition to primary bedroom on main level. Primary bedroom needs a place to hang clothing and a ceiling fan. Only 3 of the 6 sliding patio doors locked but we still felt secure since the unit is on the 2nd floor. Stingy with supplies provided (number of toilet paper rolls, dishwasher pods and garbage bags) creates unnecessary stress and tasks for a short 3 day stay. Washing machine is LOUD. Don't think of running it in the evening while trying to have dinner or watch a movie. Parking was easy no matter time of day. With all of that considered, would definitely stay here again!

Spring fun in the sun

The location is fantastic. The complex was quiet and close to a shopping center that has everything you need. This was our second stay in Princeville and will be back again for sure. The unit was nice, a few items could use some upgrades but overall for the price I was very pleased. My only issue was with the doors and windows, they need upgraded and not all the exterior doors locked. The area is safe and it’s a second floor unit so I wasn’t real concerned and we had no issues. Some windows did not function properly as well. With that said I would stay here again and would recommend the unit to a family looking for a place with plenty of rooms, including bathroom which were nice an d living space.

Our condo was excellent

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area was nice as well. Love the island, there was lots to do but it did rain a LOT while we were there. The condo complex was great but the weather was not, unfortunately.

This was a beautiful condo with amazing space

We had a great experience renting this condo. Everything was available and in excellent condition. Furnishings were comfortable and it was updated to a high standard. Nice kitchen to prepare meals. Just missing barbecue and didn’t see any communal barbecues on the grounds either. It was an exceptional stay. Thanks.
