The Rosehall: Budget-friendly cottage in a waterfront compound outside Wellington. Situated in the heart of Prince Edward County, close to wineries, restaurants and Sandbanks Provincial Park this is a 2-story unit, which includes a balcony and comfortable living space, two bedrooms and one bathroom with stand up shower. Shared access to waterfront, dock (can tie up a boat), and private BBQ and firepit use.
Parts of the shoreline can get weedy, but over to the right side of the property is sandy and rocky where guests often enjoy swimming. The beach and shoreline are shared by all of the properties cottages.
Please note that this cottage is in a resort-type setting there are other cottages close by and the waterfront area is shared.

Top marks for location, cleanliness and function! Bedrooms could use ceiling fans since there is no A/C inside the bedrooms themselves. Sheets could be updated (a bit scratchy), and we discovered in the morning that the balcony doors do not lock so that could be fixed. Otherwise, a great quick stay in one of our favourite places!

Beau sejour en famille (3), belle place tranquille , 20 min de.Sandbanks , propreté bien , par contre pour la cuisine il manquait quelque trucs ( bouilloire plat pour le four , couteau qui coupe ) et notre matelas était pas mal mou mais celui de ma fille très bien. Belle endroit je recommande.
