Not bad, but a little old and smelly.

Was convenient and seemed like a nice place from the outside and their amenities. However I'd asked for a pet friendly room and that wasn't noted at check in. They switched me to a pet room...with carpet which had a lot of spots and smelled terribly. A pet room should have tile or vinyl floors or else the rug be shampooed at least after every pet stay (since they charge extra).

It had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Good Wallpaper peeling off; worn looking. Poor

Good clean and fun place to stay. Didn't expect it to be as nice as it is. Bar pool breakfast nice showers what else do you need....

Got there with the kids and they couldn't wait to use the pool. Love and behold, the pool is closed because someone had an "accident" and they needed to clean the pool. That itself might have been understandable, but when we went back later, there were several kids IN the pool with the sign in place. The front desk person just shrugged and said "she forgot." The next day, imagine the disgust when the sign remains on the door, but there is a family in the pool. If you are going to close the pool to clean it, lock the ?($- door!

Everything was good except the bed was too firm and people with unruly pets should be in a different part of the hotel.

Only swimming pool no hot tub. The pool isn't really big enough to swim so for relaxation a hot tub is needed.

All went fine 1 ice machine broken and hallway vending drink machines broken, drinks for sale near desk, slept good

The hotel and its installations are really nice. Breakfast is very nice. When I arrived there with my wife we had to wait almost 2 hours for a room (the hotel was almost empty at that time) and the clerk gave us the room # 278 (the last one at the end of the hotel)...we had to walk the equivalent of 3 block to reach that room. My wife has disability and was a pretty disgusting experience to us. We asked another clerk for another room and she did not help us either. The next day finally we obtained another room close to the exits with another clerk. I wont come back if those clerks are working at this hotel, they are mean and do not care about people with disabilities.

Room, staff, cleanliness, etc. were fine. Our main problems were with the restaurant and the breakfast. We ordered BBQ ribs and chicken Alfredo. The ribs were supposed to be "fall off the bone tender" but were dry, chewy, and never going to "fall off the bone". There was no sauce at all. The mashed potatoes were stale, and the salad was average. We sent them back. The chicken Alfredo was ok, though a little under seasoned and the noodles were over cooked and gummy. The soup was under seasoned as well; I didn't finish either one. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The eggs were over-cooked, and there were no sweet rolls, not even a bagel. Just half-empty bags of white and wheat breads thrown on the counter. Minimal other selections. We stayed at another brand of hotel for 2 other nights, and I would rate their breakfasts at an 8 and a 10. This breakfast would barely get a 3. For a hotel with a full-service restaurant it was very disappointing.

Beds are more firm than I like but otherwise good hotel! Convenient for Parent visits to Elements Wilderness Program.

We flew into Price in our little plane and someone from the hotel quickly picked us up. The room allowed our little travel dog for only an additional small fee. The restaurant had excellent food. When we left there was again a ride for us out to the airport. We would definitely stay again.

The room wasn't the cleanest. We found blood stains on the outlet as well as the wall, which was kind of weird.

Huge facility, spacious room, breakfast had a waffle maker, yogurt, apple, banana, juice, cereal, pastries. Dinner on site with reasonably priced menu, bar on site, conference room on site, pool (an all in one location), staff VERY helpful, warm and friendly, they go the extra mile. Only downside, no elevator. World class museum nearby - archeology and paleontology, also home to the clean museum. A must place to stay.

Nice hotel but one draw back no elevator it sucks having to take your luggage up stairs other than that it was a pleasant stay

This is a dog-friendly place which we really appreciate. The dogs in our wing got a little raucous in the evening but not enough to disturb our stay. It is convenient to have a steakhouse restaurant on site but the service needed improvement. Very happy with the condition of the facility including the indoor pool. Plenty of parking. The bed was a little too firm for our liking, though.

Hotel is nice and clean. Restaurants over there is nice too and not expensive. The staff serves friendly.

Fast check-in, nice room, very quiet, ok breakfast
