Charming farmhouse in Price

Tucked away in the quiet countryside but just five minutes from downtown Price, this cozy guest house offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Located above our detached garage, the space is private and ideal for families, solo travelers, or business guests.

Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious dining area perfect for meals or board games. The bathroom come stocked shower essentials in case you forget anything. Upstairs, the private bedroom includes two queen beds and a smart TV, with a third bed tucked into a cozy alcove. All beds feature ultra-comfortable mattresses, Malouf bedding, and blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep.

Natural light fills every room, each offering beautiful views with curtains or shades for privacy. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV ensure you can stay connected or wind down at your own pace. For those traveling with trailers, RVs, boats, or ATVs, a spacious gravel pad and level driveway provide ample parking. While we welcome furry friends, they must remain in the fully enclosed outdoor dog run—no animals are allowed inside the home.

Guests have exclusive access to the guest house and are welcome to explore parts of our small farm, say hello to the neighbor’s cows, or share leftovers with our chickens. The garage is not included in your stay.

All cleaning and laundry are done using nontoxic, hypoallergenic products. We use homemade reed diffusers throughout the home—please let us know if you’d prefer they be removed before your stay.

We’re usually home and happy to say hello, though we respect your privacy. You may occasionally see us accessing the garage during the day, but we will never come through the your space to access it. You can reach us anytime via the VRBO app, and emergency contact numbers are available in the guest book inside.
