A quiet and secluded self contained bungalow situated rurally.
A cosy, modern, self-contained bungalow secluded in the countryside. With 1 double bedroom, a bathroom, comfortable lounge with a fold out futon this is the ideal get away for peace and quiet. Situated in rural Preston close to the coast & river Wyre the location is perfect for walkers with Blackpool illuminations just a short drive away. There is easy access to Lancaster & the beautiful Lake District. Given its rural location driving is a must, a parking space is situated next to the bungalow.
The space
Rural location in a modern yet cosy self contained bungalow. Electric fire in lounge with Hive controlled central heating throughout. The bungalow warms quickly in the winter and is very cosy. There is a rear garden with table and chairs with views that look out to the Lake District. Large TV with DVD player and surround sound, it's an ideal space with all you need to relax.
Guest access
All facilities and parking (please note there is only 1 parking space). In the kitchen there are cooking hobs, a convection oven, a fridge, a freezer, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are basic cutlery, mugs, glasses and plates. We have recently added a small dining room table and chairs that seat two as well as two fold out tables. There is a washing machine. A newly fitted bathroom with a shower (clean towels will be provided), sink basin and toilet. There is a 40inch tv with freeview channels and a home cinema DVD player with surround sound speakers, great set up for watching dvds! There is also a Nintendo wii games console. We have recently upgraded the WiFi to the bungalow and found this to be much more reliable.

Fantastic, peaceful stay
We stayed here for a week during May 2023.
The Bungalow was a great location for us. Peace and quiet when we wanted it and close to Blackpool and other seaside locations when we wanted them.
The Bungalow was clean, safe and perfect for our break. The owner was quick in communication and friendly throughout the booking process and the actual stay.

Our experience
This is our first time with Vrbos we didn't know what to expect.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. It was just what we needed. It was lovely to have the things we needed present in the bungalow ready for us to use for our stay. Gareth tho host was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made us most welcome.
My wife and I would definitely recommend the bungalow.
