The staff was great, kids loved the pool. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Nothing work properly and very misleading for the price

Quick and easy check in. Also an extended stay so many ppl lived there. Free coffee and donuts and lots of polite smiles from staff. Maid service simply menu new towels. Nothing cleaned and no beds made. Overall for price and location it was definitely ok. And I wouldn't mind staying there again. Hopefully later I. Year to enjoy that fireplace in the room!

arrived early and they wouldn't let us check in even if we paid extra. my Mom has breathing problems and needed to use her nebulizer. she had to go 5 hours without which made her sick during our stay. also the maids don't dust, ex..the light fixtures were covered in dust. they also need to repair the broken window in our room.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. But the price was way to high for the accommodations. Three star prices, one star lodging. Bed was uncomfortable, was marginally clean, worn down rooms, not much of a breakfast (weak coffee and donuts). Was also a creepy guy hanging around watching everyone that came out of their room no matter what time of day or evening.

Housekeeping was great and for the value they were great rooms.

booked here for a budget friendly last minute get a way. Room was clean, no hassles. Hot what we paid for.

we drove up just for a night it was ok until I saw the ants in the bathroom and a good location. you can tell locals actually live there on a daily basis. the cops showed up times rhe first night and were parked across the street the next morning. probably wouldn't stay again unless desperate.

Nice room, great amenities i.e., fireplace, nice view, fridge, microwave, cable TV, pool.. Only two minor issues, erratic shower temp and not enough parking. Other than that, totally enjoyed my stay!

The hotel was near downtown Prescott and the staff are attentive. The bed was comfortable.

Reserved a room for one night. Did not arrive until 11 pm on Saturday night. The office was closed but an attendant came right to the door after I rang the bell. Not two minutes later did I have the key to my room. The hotel is an older one, but the locks worked good and the door felt secure. The bed was very comfortable. There was a Gas fire place that was very nice, Although safe instructions on how to use it were missing. Room also came with cable TV, Table and chairs, microwave, refrigerator, hair drier and coffee maker. Staff was very friendly. Would certainly stay there again.

When we first arrived, the lady was very nice. She gave us our key and it didn't work. We had to go back and change rooms. The room was clean. Not fancy but it worked for us. The water pressure was amazing and the water was hot. The heater didn't have a temp gage on it so you had to turn off and on as the heat adjusted in the room. Thanks again, it was a very nice stay.

Quiet,clean,friendly staff,comfortable beds,wi-fi,close to down town.great low price.

A comfortable room, friendly helpful staff; but a less than average experience for my husband and son who were chased by wild hogs while walking our dog. Not to mention their version of a complimentary breakfast- stale donuts from the SAFEWAY!

This was perfect for just what we needed. Just a clean, no frills hotel, a place to sleep. Rooms were very clean, kitchenette was a great surprise. Being more on the outskirts of Prescott (in the woods kind of) it was nice and quiet. Too cold to try the pool but it looked very nice. Will stay here again if ever in Prescott.

The hotel room was much larger than I anticipated and it was very clean, but I wasn't able to lock the door from the inside

For this being 2 star hotel I was really impressed! The room was very clean. I always inspect the whole room for cleanness and the only thing I found wrong was one of the fitted sheets was turned inside out. Other then that the room was very clean! I would stay here again!

A one night stand in Prescott. This hotel was run by a Polish couple who were from start to finish friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I wanted to swim at the local Y [aka YMCA]. In Tempe I had a difficult time finding someone who knew were that Y was. But the hotelier at this hotel knew exactly where to go, on the other side of town. I was impressed. We even struck common ground when I told them my daughter was dating the son of Polish immigrants and that my grandmother was Russian/Polish.

The location of hotel was great just 5-10min from downtown Prescott. Prescott.is a great city to visit in northern az. Very exciting and plenty of activities to enjoy. However the hotel room was horrific!! The walls were super thin, the linens were filthy and the overall cleanliness was sub par.

My friend and I wanted something comfortable to stay in and that's exactly what we got! The room was comfortable, the lady who checked us in was so nice, and the breakfast has delicious! The only complaint was the pool was a little to cold for my taste and there wasn't a hot tub, but I still would recommened this to all of my friends and I do plan on staying there again.
