It is completely remodeled in contemporary style with original wood floors, new appliances and large flat screen SMART TV. The bright & cheerful colors throughout the house will lift your mood. Dine outside surrounded by modern landscaping. The covered front porch has table and chairs, or enjoy the private backyard with a picnic table, BBQ grill, wood stove and comfortable furniture in the carriage house pergola. Dogs allowed for a per pet cleaning fee of $50 and back area is completely fenced in.

When I made the reservations for this property, Susanna promptly replied in a warm, welcoming way. We really enjoyed our stay there. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was very well appointed. I did some cooking while there and had everything I needed. The king bed in the master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable due to a memory foam pad but that would not stop our stay there again. We were close to the historical part of Prescott which was great. We plan on visiting again and would definitely love to stay there.
