This hotel has every thing that you need for a place to rest after busy days sightseeing in Florence and Pisa. The rooms were clean but a little dated. The breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I was not thrilled with the location. It is on a busy highway and it did not feel like a safe area to walk around. We were hoping to find some shops within walking distance but after walking around the town, that was not the case. We were in a difficult situation because our luggage was lost by the airline and we needed to replace some of our lost items. Fortunately, one of the hotel employees drove us to a shopping center where we were able to purchase some of what we needed. We are most grateful for the kindness this young man showed us. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. First, cleaning was not well and I found some dust on the floor. The room was so so. Some staffs were good and some weren't. I don't think staffs were enough. I had dinner at restaurant there, but truly I don't recommend. There's nothing around it and it takes 30 mins to the city of Florence by car. I don't think I'll come come back again.
They control it from front desk. So I would not stay here again. Need to work on the Ac unit it is hot the rooms and the Ac don't work. They control it from the front desk. But I think all the hotels in Florence are the same. They say that was a 5 star compare to others.
Very basic hotel and not 4 stars as expected. Beds and pillows are relatively soft. Average spread available for brekkie and staff were not too helpful. Wifi is chargeable at 5 euro for 24 hrs and limited to 1 device only. Have to buy extra login if u have multiple devices to connect.
bad experience actually. This hotel charge 5 Euro for wifi to every device. Even if you borrow a lighter, they sell it, you can't just borrow. I have no idea about this city actually since I'm going with group tour but the reception tell about the government law, that not allowing Air con on until next week we stay. So when first day I arrive, around 10 pm suddenly the AC off. When I call the reception that's what they explain. She suggest me to open the window, but when I'm asking is it safe or not, she's just can't guarantee. Terrible. If you don't have any other choice of hotel, better you stay above the 3rd level.
We stayed (a family) in the hotel for 3 nights with a group. The room was fine, but the breakfast was poor (we brought our own cornflakes as the one served was uneatable...). They extra charge for everything - We asked for extra sheets for the beds, and they wanted 8 euro "laundry fees" for one sheet for one night. At the end we "settled" for 10 Euro for the 3 nights. Of course Wi-Fi is not free. Air condition was automatically on high temprature.
we found out publications are not respected poor service over-charging for included basic services WIFI internet is not free!! we where asked to pay for it the receptionidt was rude and arrogant we would't recomnend this hotel
The hotel is in Prato which, by all accounts, is an interesting little town northwest of Florence. We stayed there with our group because everything was booked. But it was quite fine. The rooms were spacious but a little dated. It was clean and comfortable. Basically we were there to sleep. Wifi was not free. The breakfast was good. The area was not industrial but not peopled either. Suburban. We stayed there because it was close to Florence and easy to access with a big bus. Would I stay there if I were on my own or as a couple? Probably not. That being said, it was not a negative experience at all.
I am staying here for two nights with a group. I have been told there is no free wifi for us. I mentioned the responses on this site and was advised they have changed the policy. The price is 5 euro. Breakfast was ok, it fills the stomach. Coffee is nothing to rave about. Rooms are spacious. Location is ok, off of the highway and there's a neat place to go for pizza, gelato and a bar. Fine if you have transport out or are passing through.
The hotel is located next to the highway, so it is a good option for those who go to Firenze and don't want to enter to the city. The location of the hotel is quite terrible, across the street there is some gipsy camp. Rooms are ok, no balconies. Breakfast basic, a plus that they offer excellent coffee.
