Room was dated , walls really needed painting and water would go from hot to cold. Bed was comfortable, breakfast food and fresh. Just wish there had been more coffee in room. There were two of us and only enough coffee for one. I requested more and was told sorry.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! The bathroom was not nice at all... dirty and in a state of disrepair (towel rack in tub/shower area is hanging out of the wall). The location is in an industrial area so there is little around but it is easy to get around from there by car or train

The hotel is in an industrial park but it is near the airport. The hotel is clean but kind of worn down. In my room many of the outlets had been smashed or broken and the HVAC system didn't really work. The staff was chilly at best and annoyed I didn't speak Italian. The included breakfast ends earlier than posted - so I missed out on the breakfast more often than not. But the place has a secure parking lot - so that was nice. The restaurant on site is delicious.

Bad experience for 4 star hotel ever

This hotel was located at very industrial area. We stayed 2 nights there, both nights internet(wifi) was not working. Front desk staff was not helpful. Air conditioner in the room was noisy and not working as per our settings. First night only 1 towel was provided for the couple stay. I would not stay here again.

Overall a nice stay!

Surprisingly a nice stay so far out of a main city. Restaurant Miro was a pleasant surprise also. Hotel was a bit damp and room didn't even really cool down entirely but overall nice. Worst feedback would be the beds. Certainly in need of a refresh. Our beds were all warped..felt like sleeping on a speedbump. Otherwise amenities were good, local area virtually nonexistent but we found some good trattorias and used Amanas Wellness centre and spa. Nice!

The hotel is located slightly far from the city center. It is well-maintained, clean and very polite helpful staff. The breakfast should be improved a little bit.
