Lousy hotel and worse service. The power tripped and we were blamed for it because we charge our mobile phones!! Imagine that! Then the room door cannot open for us to enter and they had to use manual key to unlock the door. The beam at the cupboard fell and nearly hit my room mate's head when the power tripped. Service was appalling!

Stayed here for 3 nights on BnB basis, rooms clean, bed very comfortable, akin to Premier Inn, good size etc. adequate bathroom etc. Breakfast leaves something to be desired... Cold fried eggs on a cold plate, cold omelette on a cold plate. Boiled eggs a plenty. Good selection of cold meats and small rolls, yogurts in fridge are supermarket specials...not a recommendation just an observation. Coffee is 'served' without a smile also. Toaster was a real laugh... put it on as soon as you arrive, wait 10 mins for it heat up and hope staff don't turn off (which they had a tendency to do) before you put your bread in. As a base to explore OK, as a place to stay for a romantic occasion FORGET IT

Spending a night here with a friend of mine. The air-conditioning in our room was not working so we called the front desk for help. The guy at the front desk who answered our call mentioned something (in Italian accent I believed) and the last word we heard from him was "OK" but nobody attended to our problem after that. Our room was only provided with one bath towel. We have to go all the way down to the front desk to request for another bath towel. The staff just gave us two hand towels without saying a word and when we confronted her, she told us that they have no more bath towels. Can you imagine that a reputable hotel without enough bath towels? There was also no free wifi provided and you gotta pay for it.

Business hotel. Located in an industrial area, but quiet area. Our room in 2nd floor was nice and clean all over. Lift. Nice parking facilities. We arrived late evening and reception would not give us cheapest price mentioned at We choose to book at reception, but felt a bit disappointed. Breakfast buffet was filled with everything we wanted. Very good. Nice garden.

I went there just a few weeks ago, and the temperature was cold. I love the floor heater. Especially on the bathroom. Because other hotel I went don't have any. So it's very helpful to keep me warm ( I couldn't stand cold).

Position: Very Good as stop over (I was going to Rome), or to visit Florence and Pisa if you have a car Parking: Excellent, outdoor free. Reception: Very Good, professional and friendly. Comfort: Excellent, silent and comfortable room. Cleanliness: Excellent, wooden floor. Internet: Excellent, worked well, free wifi. Television: Very Good, only Digital italian channels (no Internationals/Satellites). Pillow choice: No In-room boiler: No Elevators/Stairs: Good, sometime too long to wait. Breakfast quantity: Good, not many choices either as desserts/pastries, or cold choices, to be improved. Breakfast quality: Good, croissants/pastries to be improved. The fruit salad was composed by 80% apple, 9% orange and 1% kiwi. I had to prepare the table myself. Checkout speed:Very Good Hotel Restaurant/Bar: Had a octopus salad only, it was excellent! Fitness/Spa/Pool: Not used, they have a nice fitness room and a Sauna.

My room shower door fell off. Told them to fix it when I went out. Came back still the same.... Went to the reception they told me they will send someone to check. After few minutes when no one came I went downstairs again. The answer get : no ones there now! We will fix it tomorrow! No other rooms available! In a very rude tone. Great I'm leaving tomorrow!

Love the charme stay here most of times I visit Prato for business. Rooms are good breakfast is decent and the staff is courteous. They even call for taxis at the hotel and check for train schedules :) Would recommend staying here on your next visit.

Very nice and well managed hotel in Prato, once you have been there you feel as if they know you well, excellent food, clean rooms and lovely showers, value for money, have stayed here many times over the last two years after trying other hotels in prato

The hotel is lying far from the city centre. there is a bus stop but the bus doesn't ride after 20.00 hrs. and on sunday even earlier. taxi from or to the citycentre Prato price between € 10 and € 14. For breakfast you have to arrange your own table, breakfast buffet is poor, poor service. I looks more like a catering in an office building or factory. The rooms are not that big, but ok. Shower is pretty small.
