This spacious 200 sq. m. apartment is located in the center of Praiano in the heart of the Amalfi Coast in a quiet and panoramic location. It has recently been completely renovated. It enjoys a splendid view of the Capo di Conca and the Gulf of Salerno. It is fully equipped with tables and chairs for your outdoor meals and, of course, with deck chairs and umbrellas. It is partly shaded by an awning. Here you will also find an outdoor shower and a washing machine. The terrace is accessed from both the living room and two of the double bedrooms. You reach the apartment by climbing 25 steps from street level. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, satellite television, a safe, a dining table for six, and a kitchenette equipped with an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and a gas stove with four burners. In addition there are three double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms (shower and hair dryer). Two bedrooms have a small balcony with a sea view. The whole house is air-conditioned. A grocery store, restaurants, and the bus stop connecting Praiano with Positano are a five-minute walk away. Getting to the beach will take about 10 min.

This is in a great locaton in Praiano with a beautiful water view. We really enjoyed the local feel and the restaurants and markets within walking distance.
