Rooms are somewhat old-style, on the 4th floor, with low ceilings and miniature windows. Lobby and staff are modernized, but not the rooms. Location is quite good, close to the Wenceslav square. Only reason I stayed is that the rooms were low-priced due to low tourist season.

The hotel is centrally located in the city of Prague. Our rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We especially enjoyed conversing in the lounge with staff members, David and Mohammed, during our stay. We had the opportunity to utilize the dining room and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was nice and the coffee was exceptional. We noted that staff were hard working individuals and always had a smile on their faces. My only critique is that we wished the breakfast buffet area was larger to accommodate all the guests.

The staff was great and morning breakfasts had a large selection of food to choose from. My only complaint was that the restaurant menu was significantly reduced during the Christmas/New Year holiday. Only three main choices for 7 days was very disappointing.

We arrived to Prague by train and walked to the hotel about 15 minutes. Our room was ready before the designated check-in time. The room was clean and the right size for us. At my request there were extra pillows and the queen sized bed was very comfortable. Our room had real wood furniture that was hard to open and squeaky so we didn't use them. The shower door needs some oil because it gave off a sound of a jackhammer when opening/closing it. We appreciated the hot water kettle and refrigerator. Although there was a bottle of water and potato chips there was a price tag on them. We didn't interact much with the staff, but they appeared personable and friendly. We didn't eat breakfast. I

The reception staff were lovely, however we found the staff at breakfast were rude, and not helpful. We went to one of the breakfast rooms and there was no seats and when I ask one of the ladies she just shock her head and didn’t help

Simply an amazing hotel for service, comfort and value! Excellent staff throughout the hotel and our room was beautifully maintained at the highest standards. A very full breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices and was very high quality. Location was ideal to walk to the main square and lots of restaurant choices close by. We would stay here again and recomend it to friends as a great option to stay in Prague
