Clean room, good shower pressure in bathroom. Great location in Old Town Prague. Walking distance to attractions and food. Only nit is small room and uncomfortabley warm temperature in the room. Had to crack window open to cool room down.

In general, everything was good. The interface between HOTELS and hotels still needs to be improved because during check-in, a 10% higher charge than required was made and only after clarification was the amount refunded to me.

Small room was not a big surprise to me, but only two very thin towels for two adults. I did not expect that cold wind blow into the room through the only small window frame. The receptionist did not clearly explain the additional city tax (200 local currency), I was confused.
