Staff is awesome and very helpful. Room was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Location couldn’t be better. It is a few meters away from tram/bus/tranvía stop and short walking distance to main point of interest. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options.

Very clean, good maid service, great location, and friendly staff. The only suggestion I would make is having smart tv’s and additional channel options. The windows in the room also do not allow for coverage from the sun.

The hotel is very well located, very clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and I loved the room—super spacious with plenty of closet space. I just missed having a piece of furniture to put another suitcase on. The bathroom was also very spacious.
