Amazing staff, we stayed for 10 days and felt like being at home rooms are beautiful and breakfast delicious.
One little surprise was the lack of consistency with the housekeeping but rooms were very clean. One day you get face towels, the next not. One day you get Qtips the next not....
The best thing is that if there is availability you can swap rooms with the Meridien at the isle of Pines by paying the price difference.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
