There for 10 nights. Service staff in all department always very attentive & recalled personal preferences. Most contact with the front desk & the wait staff, especially breakfast, but also in the outdoor bar & restaurant. The grounds were extensive. Beautiful flora, a garden that grows a lot of its own fruit and vegetables, a swimming pool and its own beach area. Bedrooms for three were high class. Very quick on response to room ser Beach towels, umbrellas were provided. This included basic OTC medication & basic first aid kits. Great location, up or down from the bach to the extensive shops, street vendors. We went to the hotel & Google recommended, restaurants. Most restaurant with 5-star exclusive menus. I could go on, all but enough said already

In America, this hotel would be equivalent to a Best Western. 3 Stars, if that. Rooms are in need of a definite renovation, some new modern furniture (get stuff from Ikea it’s not that hard!), and a good scrub down. Not to mention how terrible the bed is - kinda like sleeping on an ironing board with itchy sheets and a pancake for a pillow. Feels pretty gross here, like I need to give all my belongings a good scrub down after being here. Only good thing about this hotel is that the male concierge is super friendly and helpful. And some good views (but pretty much anything hillside in Positano has a view). It blows me away what these hotels in Positano can get away with. Do yourself a favor and stay in a smaller town outside of the main Amalfi towns and get more bang for your buck.

We had a bit of a rocky start being given a room above a construction site but Gulian quickly fixed this and placed us on the sixth floor with a bathroom located in a grotto like setting with our own huge terrace with an incredible view. Although the beds were a bit hard the breakfast buffets were wonderful on the fourth floor terrace with breathtaking views with sun shining down. Located right next to a bus stop which makes transport easy. Great restaurant in the hotel.

We stayed for a week in May and had the best possible stay. Our room was gorgeous and spotless. The hotel's location is perfect: the views are amazing, quiet at night, and close to great restaurants (including the on-site restaurant which is amazing). The staff was welcoming and gracious, helping with reservations and laundry service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Stayed for three nights in May 2019. The location of the hotel gives a stunning view. We specifically booked a room with a balcony and seaview and were not disappointed. The hotel is in a good position if you enjoy walking - about a 20 minute walk to the beach or you can take the steps to save 5 minutes. Lots of good restaurants and shops on the walk down. Anyone with mobility problems would need to book somewhere closer to the bottom of Positano. For us the location was perfect. The hotel is a little tired in places but has a lovely traditional feel and I suspect most hotels in this area feel the same. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was quite basic but nice enough.

We stayed this past October for our honeymoon and had a great time. I’m deducting 1 star because our room wasn’t ready the first night, so we were in a much smaller, darker room. Had we been there the whole time, we would not have been nearly as happy with our experience. However...the room we ended up in was so great that we extended our stay! The view was amazing, the room was a good size, the hotel in general was very quiet, and the restaurant was fantastic. We ate many meals there (tried most of the menu!) and the staff were all very nice. We enjoyed friendly conversation with the head waiter especially...very funny guy. Overall great room and experience! The location is also perfect because it’s a quieter area but still an easy walk.

My room was breathtaking , very clean bathroom, spotless, linen clean - staff front desk Maria and Gulio so friendly and helpful but the man who excelled was Guiseppe anything you wanted to eat he would arrange no fuss - movie star treatment dining area overlooks the panorama of this most beautiful town

The staff at the Posa Posa make you feel like you are at home. Rooms are clean and the food in the restaurant is very tasty. Julio the manager is so helpful. Bus stops right outside the front door. Or, take a walk down to the bay.

A neat little special place that is just a friendly place to stay. Lovely accommodations, great staff, killer breakfast and stunning views!! We were made to feel at home from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. Highly recommended.

This was such a fabulous hotel!! The staff were very attentive, the rooms spacious and clean and the location was just perfect. Very convenient to walk down the streets of Positano to the beaches but further up the hill so it's not that super touristy feel that you can find closer to the water. The restaurant was top notch as well with fantastic service and the wait staff was engaging and fun! Positano is like stepping back into time and this hotel was in keeping with that feel. I'd go there again and again!
