"The hotel is in the heart of the city and conveniently connected with the major transportation network ( Train, Metro and Interstate bus terminals @Sete Rios) . Hotel also provides free shuttle services(pickup and drop) every 30 months to the city centre. Their strategic partnership with famous Tour and excursion company Grayline provides free pickup and drop facilities from the hotel."

"Lovely nice clean hotel Breakfast was good, lots of options of food and drinks Staff helpful Only issue was fire alarm went of 3 times within 2 days, at least once was because someone was smoking in their room and guests had no idea what to do, where to go or what was happening unless went to reception to ask! More importance in the hotels fire policy needs to be explained to hotel residents on arrival, rather than relying on inadequate signage. Other than this we had a good stay and would return."
