Portoscuso in prima fila

Abitazione e contesto assolutamente allineati alla descrizione dei proprietari e quindi alle aspettative che avevamo. La casa e’ molto bella, manutenuta, grande e funzionale. Si percepisce la cura dei proprietari che peraltro l’hanno corredati di tutto ciò che serve a garantire un soggiorno di vera vacanza. Non manca niente in cucina, non manca niente in giardino etc… Eccezionale l’accessibilità alla spiaggia, così come la doccetta che ti accoglie appena varcata la porta della proprietà, ampi e bene organizzati gli spazi interni ed esterni, consigliata!!!

Superbe maison avec vue sur la mer et accès direct à la plage

La maison est grande, bien conçue, très bien équipée et possède un extérieur donnant sur la mer avec une immense terrasse ombragée. L accès à la plage se fait directement du jardin. La localisation est idéale pour sillonner le sud ouest de la sardaigne. Une très belle adresse qu'on quitte avec regret.

Bellissima villetta a 2 ma proprio 2 passi dalla spiaggia ampio e confortevole giardino. ampia dotazione della cucina, apprezzato presenza di lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Aria condizionata ovunque, ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Spiaggia piccola ma molto carina, mare cristallino, in alcuni giorni un pò affollata e rumorosa

Posizione ed ospitalità perfetta!

Siamo appena stati una decina di giorni in questa proprietà con una meravigliosa vista sulla caletta ed a due passi dal mare (si apre la porta del cancello si scende i gradini e si arriva direttamente sulla spiaggia). In giardino c’è un ping-pong, diversi giochi, sdraie e tanto spazio recintato. Per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra, tutti i membri avevano un loro sfogo. La casa era perfettamente pulita ma soprattutto ci ha toccato la bella ospitalità e disponibilità dei suoi proprietari. Un cesto di specialità sarde ci aspettava in cucina e c’era tutto quello che ci serviva sia per la cucina, le stanze ed i bagni. L’unico piccolo punto negativo è che nella città vicina c’è una centrale a carbone (non saprei a che punto sia utilizzata) ma è dall’altra parte della città e non si vede in modo assoluto dalla casa. Nei dintorni, ci sono tantissimi luoghi da scoprire e voremmo senz’altro tornare in questa casa per continuare ad esplorare questo eccezionale angolo della Sardegna.
