The apartment is located about 200 meters from the beach and the delightful Magazzini harbor, which is conveniently right across the bay from picturesque Portoferraio. This apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a twin sofa bed, a complete bathroom with shower. We provide ferry boat discount for our guests! In front of the apartment these is a private area with dining table and sunchairs.

All of this is surrounded by a beautiful garden shared only with other villa apartment guests.

From the apartment you can easily walk to the beach where you can find a modern marina and a beachfront restaurant that offers delicious appetizers which you can eat while enjoying a breathtaking view of Portoferraio\'s bay! For sports lovers there is a great deal of sailing and surfing. There are also boats available to rent.

You may also arrange to go scuba diving in the beautiful depths of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Nearby there are also golf and tennis courts. Our guests have access to all of the garden furnished with deck chairs, tables, an umbrella, sun loungers and a barbecue. The bus stop is located right on the corner of the main street but for those landing at Marina di Campo Airport we can arrange, on request a few days in advance, a taxi or car to rent.
