At a short distance, about 300 m, there is the beach Le Prade, quiet and not very crowded; moving by car in a few minutes it is Norsi, Felcia and Lido di Capoliveri. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
Guests have access to a cool garden with table and chairs for outdoor dining, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space. Excellent for a solution for families or couples.
