Pontos positivos: A localização da Pousada é perfeita, muito perto da praia e da rua Mucugê! A limpeza do quarto é excelente! Tudo impecável, e a estrutura/área da piscina bem aconchegante. Mas alguns pontos deixaram a desejar: a luz da pousada ficou instável em dois dias da minha estadia o que ficou muito desconfortável pra dormir sem ar condicionado, as mesas de café da manhã não são suficientes se todos os hóspedes forem no mesmo horário, e o quarto que eu fiquei tinha infiltrações e cheiro de mofo, se for uma pessoa com rinite iria passar muito mal.

O café da manhã me surpreendeu positivamente com muitas opções, como de bolos, Pães, sucos, queijo, Presunto, etc. Quarto sempre limpinho. A localização da Pousada não poderia ser melhor, a poucos metros da rua do Mucuge, onde ha muitas opções de lojas, restaurantes, artesanato e música ao vivo, o que faz de Arraial da Ajuda una cidade única, pois une o dia de várias praias paradisíacas e noite muito gostosa.

Café da manhã simples, ok pelo preço. Equipe da pousada pareciam bem preguiçosas as funcionarias, não tiravam sequer o lixinho do quarto. Uma semana 7 sete dias hospedagem sem nenhum dia de limpeza, uma vassoura pra tirar areia. Box do banheiro emperrado em tempo de machucar alguém. Frigobar péssimo.

Fiz uma viagem com meus dois cachorros pequenos, já que a pousada dizia aceitar. Ao chegar, já fui recebida com um tom grosseiro e alegaram que eu tinha colocado um número de celular errado no site, mas o número estava certo. Logo na chegada também fui informada que os cachorros não poderiam ficar no local da comida do café da manhã, o que é certo, afinal, é a parte das comidas. Entendi que nas mesas, que ficavam longe da comida, em lugar aberto, poderiam ficar. Pra minha surpresa, no segundo dia de café da manhã, fui expulsa da área de café da manhã. Uma situação completamente constrangedora. Tinha a área da piscina, aberta, que poderiam ficar, mas chovia muito. Por isso, não era um opção. Ao perguntar o que fazer para tomar café da manhã, a sugestão foi de revezamento. Um ficava com os cachorros no quarto e o outro iria tomar café. Disse que era absurdo e perguntei o que faria a pessoa que estivesse viajando sozinha com cachorro, já que o cachorro não poderia ficar sozinho no quarto. A resposta foi que como nunca tinha acontecido, não saberiam dizer. Nesse caso, é mais fácil a pousada dizer que não aceita cachorro. Evita constrangimento.

Posada fantástica!

Local incrível, limpeza impecável, colaboradores muito educados e prestativos, um café da manhã fantástico. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, toalhas e lençóis muito limpos e cheirosos! Aocalizacao também é top, fica a 100 metros do início da Rua do Mucogê, o principal ponto da noite em Arraial, próxima tambem do Mirante das fitinhas, da igreja e da vários comércios !

Muito boa, preço ótimo.

Foi maravilhoso! A pousada é super simples mas muito confortável. Bem pertinho da rua mucugê onde acontece o fervo e também da descida pra praia. Na esquina também fica um ponto de Van pra ir pra praia da pitinga. Na hora de ir embora não fica tão distante pra caminhar até o ponto das vans que levam até a balsa. Mas sugiro não levar muita bagagem em bolsas a tira-colo. Melhor mochila cargueiras. O pessoal da pousada é maravilhoso todas as meninas incríveis. Na chegada já deixaram nossas malas na recepção para não perdemos o dia da praia. E já deu dois de um restaurante bom e barato na descida pra praia. Melhor comida que já comi. O quarto é espaçoso e o banheiro também. Ar funciona super bem e o café da manhã é muito bom. Ótima relação custo beneficio. Quero voltar e ficar lá de novo.
