Fiquei por 2 noites, família com 2 crianças, com meia pensão. Quarto com bom tamanho e equipamentos razoáveis. Estacionamento bom, rotativo. Barracas de praia exatamente na frente do hotel. Agora, pontos abaixo: Jantar muito abaixo do esperado. Não sei se porque estavam com alta ocupação, mas faltava comida e a qualidade era ruim. Mas o que achei pior foi a gestão do lixo: havia um espaço atrás do restaurante, que se passava quando sai do estacionamento, que ficava com o lixo e era simplesmente uma bagunça e um fedor absurdo. Precisam melhorar isso com urgência. Piscinas também poderiam ser menos turvas. Nunca pegaria o all inclusive. Equipamentos de salão de jogos muito avariados… enfim, procuraria outra opção.

A estrutura é muito boa, limpeza muito boa, porém o atendimento dos funcionários deixa a desejar no quesito cordialidade ( somente o gerente Daniel foi cordial e atencioso), há cobrança de aluguel de talheres, toalhas, a recreação é ótima, os brinquedos do parquinho e da piscina infantil são bons, porém a piscina principal está soltando os rejuntes, minha filha até cortou o dedo do pé, sem contar que assistimos uma apresentação, que era somente de 30 minutos, de venda de quotas do grupo WAM para recebemos um voucher de 100,00, ficamos 2 horas e não fechamos acordo e não recebemos o voucher, fomos enganados e perdemos 2 horas de nosso tempo de lazer por nada. Não recomendo este hotel.

Decepcionante! Pegamos pensão completa com a ideia de aproveitar o hotel, foi uma péssima escolha! Havia variedade de comidas, mas tudo sem sabor e todo dia, tanto no almoço como no jantar praticamente sempre a mesma coisa. O que não dava diferença pq todos os bolos tinha mesmo sabor (farinha) , molho branco e molho vermelho do macarrão só mudava a cor mesmo (totalmente sem sabor). Refrigerante quente em todas as refeições! Horrível !! Mesmo com pensão completa saímos todos os dias pra comer pq não dava pra encarar a comida depois de 2 dias…. Cobram pela toalha de praia/piscina, a limpeza do quarto era ruim (chegamos e tinham vários cabelos no chão do banheiro), sem tv no quarto… recepcionistas antipaticos! Único ponto legal são as programações de animação … mas que não vale o valor, apesar de ter sido relativamente barato a estadia. Não voltaríamos nunca mais ! Ah e sem contar que vão nos acompanhar até o quarto quando chegamos (achamos que era pra apresentar o hotel) mas era aqueles vendedores chatos que ficam insistindo pra vender cota do quarto (péssimo negócio) eu e meu marido doidos pra descansar e o cara não saía da porta do nosso quarto! Péssimo!!!

Falta estruturar melhor o serviço no restaurante de Café, almoço e janta. Falta variedade... as vezes faltam alguns pratos e quando chegam se esgotam rapidamente porque as pessoas ficam em cima e pegam muita quantidade (principalmente sobremesa) de uma só vez por conta da demora. Wi-Fi é péssimo. Não funciona bem nos quartos. Muito ruim mesmo. Não tem secador nos quartos. É difícil conseguir. Tem que retirar na Recepção e tem fila de espera . Atendimento por telefone na recepção ruim.

Um custo benefício muito bom, achei a comida boa, condiz pelo o que é cobrado. Atendimento é um ponto positivo. O clube de praia é um ponto que tem que melhorar e o ponto negativo são os vendedores de cotas, sei que tentam fazer o trabalho deles, porém ali é um ambiente para se descansar sem preocupações não para fazer negócios.
