Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo proprietário, desde o momento da finalização da reserva pelo site até o momento de devolução da chave, sempre prestativo, nós ajudou com indicação de fotógrafos pra ensaio, foi quase um guia turístico da cidade. Rsrs Casa condiz como no anúncio, bem arrumadinha, toda equipada, todos utensílios de cozinha, fizemos um churrasco na churrasqueira disponibilizada pelo seu Assis, fomos autorizados a retirar alguns cocos direto do pé. Casa muito bem ventilada, bastante arejada, ar condicionado novinho, ventiladores no outro quarto, casa acomoda muito bem 8 pessoas, todos bem confortáveis. Sem reclamações com as acomodações, e sobre o proprietário, pelo contrário, só temos a agradecer o Sr Assis e sua esposa pela recepção e por todas as ajudas. Voltando a Porto ficarei lá novamente.

Ficamos 10 dias hospedados, muito confortável, hospeda 8 pessoas tranquilamente, cozinha completíssima, não falta nada, os proprietários super simpáticos e solícitos, garagem ampla, comporta até 3 automóveis. Os moradores do piso inferior em nada interferem, próximo a residência tem vários comércios como mercado, farmácia, etc ... Só tem um ponto negativo, a água que abastece a casa não é boa, mancha a roupa e tem cheiro forte, usamos água mineral para tudo.

não recomendo divido ser casa de cima não anunciado no site e a mulher do proprietário mora em baixo e não sabe conduzir as negociações caso leve alguma pessoa estra e parece ter ciume do imóvel.

Imóvel aconchegante, boa localização

A residência é exatamente o que as fotos mostram. É aconchegante, bem ventilada, comportou bem minha família (6 adultos e 1 criança). Tem o básico de uma casa (vasilhas, pratos, copos, panelas, talheres, geladeira, fogão, toalhas, etc.)O proprietário, o Sr. Antônio é super atencioso, confiável e nos deu dicas bem úteis para nossa estadia na cidade. A localização é boa, ficando a algumas quadras (cerca de 5 minutos a pé) da orla e das famosas praias de Taperapuã e barracas como Axé Moi e Tô a Toa. Tem supermercado, farmácia, pizzaria e outros comércios bem próximos. Podem fechar sem medo...super recomendo!

Ótimo Custo x Benefício

Ficamos em 5 pessoas durante 7 dias do carnaval de 2016. A casa é exatamente como as fotos mostram, camas confortáveis, toalhas para nosso uso, geladeira, fogão e utensílios domesticos funcionam perfeitamente. A Casa é muito boa se quiser uma casa com um valor mais justo, atende bem às necessidades. Localização é razoavelmente boa(cerca de 1 km da barraca do gaúcho), único defeito são as ruas um pouco irregular, mas são assim por toda a cidade. Há por perto 2 Supermecados. Antonio e Flavia(Sua filha) foram muito atenciosos conosco, e fizeram de tudo para atender e facilitar a entrega das chaves para o nosso grupo, já que chegamos no sábado a noite de carnaval. Quem nos entregou a chave foi o morador de baixo, Neto, Gente fina pra caramba, nos deu várias dicas do que conhecer e fazer na região, além de oferecer passeios de Quadricíclo que vale a pena conferir. Ele nos passou alguns contatos de passeios(como recife de fora) baratos. Voltaria e indico
