My room was awful. Mold in the shower area horrible bed, sink clog. Housekeeping walked in with a DND in the door and left puddles of water all over. One bed, its foot brook. One ac, wasn’t working properly. Very good and varied food in the main restaurant. Long lines and disorganized at the other places to eat. All you can drink😊. Very family oriented. A lots for kiddos to do. Just not lucky with my room

Gostei muito da estrutura do Resort La Torre, das áreas de lazer e da proposta do lugar. No geral, a experiência foi boa e o resort tem muitos pontos positivos. No entanto, fiquei decepcionada com o serviço de Guest. Algo que deveria ser simples acabou mostrando falhas no atendimento, que além de moroso se mostrou ineficiente. Fiz um pedido muito básico: que um pequeno bilhete escrito por mim fosse transcrito e colocado no quarto do meu irmão no momento do check-in. Infelizmente, algo tão simples não foi atendido como solicitado. Em um resort desse padrão, espera-se atenção aos detalhes e cuidado com pequenas gentilezas que fazem diferença na experiência do hóspede. São justamente esses cuidados que ajudam a tornar a estadia realmente especial.

A praia era quentinha e tranquila. Mas a gastronomia realmente é a melhor parte. Ja estive no enotel e no grand palladium embassai mas nenhum conseguia manter a qualidade que esse resort oferece. Vou mencionar alguns pontos que prejudicaram muito a minha experiencia: - As 9h da manha eu estava na piscina e as geladeiras de bebidas trancadas com cadeados. - No quarto só havia agua pra beber. - O clube de praia muito bagunçado, sendo que no dia que eu cheguei estava lotado, e não havia lugar pra ficar. Teve um dia que estava começando a chover, eu fui pedir um guarda-sol, por causa da chuva e me foi negado, com a desculpa que só abrem guarda-sol se tiver sol. - A experiencia da canoa havaiana foi péssima, pois no dia que eu participei o mar estava agitado, e não tivemos uma experiencia legal, sendo que não pudemos nem descer da canoa para mergulhar. No próximo dia as condições do mar estavam melhores, no entanto me foi negado fazer o passeio novamente, visto que eu ja tinha ido no dia anterior. Sendo que a canoa estava parada por falta de participantes. Zero vontade de agradar os hospedes. - Mesmo antes da estadia ja haviam me negado uma cortesia no Gino, mesmo eu tendo reservado 3 diárias para 3 quartos (somados foram 9 diárias). Ou seja em 3 diárias vocês conseguiram desagradar em vários aspectos, classifico a experiencia como ruim, acredito que não voltaria.

Excelente p/familias, boa area de laser em espaços independentes sem aglomerar. Quarto grande, limpo e confortável. Ampla variedade de tipos de comida. Uma das piscinas um pouco barulhenta com musicas não agradáveis p/um casal, mas parece ser o que a maioria gosta. A guia do hotel é péssima. Passeio bem meia boca, optem por fechar com guias de fora que é mais vantagem.
