A Pousada/ hotel está largada às traças. Quartos com paredes sujas , teto quebrado, cheiro de esgoto no quarto. A área debaixo está abandonada, além de não ter recepção. Tive problemas com o ar condicionado e tive que implorar por auxílio. Me entregaram o meu quarto sem assento do vaso, mesmo reclamando e pedindo incessantemente, foram colocar após 2 dias apenas. Além disso foi ignorada no WhatsApp. Na mesma época da minha estadia mais dois hóspedes tiveram problemas, um com o chuveiro e outra com quarto inferior ao reservado. Enfim, experiência horrível.

A pousada é muito boa, simples mas bem limpinha. O café da manhã é muito fraquinho. Poderia ser melhor servido. E faltou a recepção. Não tinha ninguém pra nós receber, tivemos que correr atrás. Mas de resto, em termos de limpeza , muito bom. Não tinha tv no quarto, como descrito no site.

Não me hospedaria outra vez .

Pra início ,fomos acomodados no quarto errado,sendo que só percebi já no final da hospedagem.Pagamos pelo o quarto confort e acomodaram a gente no econômico(muito pequeno,a cama de casal era duas de solteiras juntas,que causaram desconforto)mas assim que percebi o erro entrei em contato com a dona e logo foi solucionado. Achei um absurdo a taxa paga para caso manchar toalhas e lençóis com maquiagens ,protetor solar ,sendo que é super normal quem usar maquiagem lavar o rosto(sempre vai ficar resíduos)e usar a toalha para secar. Na primeira noite chegamos super cansados da viagem e não conseguimos dormir com um baralho enorme no teto,dava a impressão que o teto ia desabar encima da gente.Confesso que fiquei muito assustada com o barulho,de início achei que era alguém tentando entrar no quarto,mas logo percebemos que poderia ser algum bicho.Se eu estivesse sozinha teria saído correndo. Café da manhã com pouca variação,leite gelado(não tinha microondas para esquentar). A localização é boa,pertinho do quadrado!

A pousada é perto do quadrado e isso é ótimo. Sentimos falta de variedade no café da manhã, mesmo que fosse o recheio da tapioca por exemplo. Acreditamos que é possível melhorar e continuar dentro do orçamento. O chuveiro do nosso quarto estava estranho, caia pouca água e muito quente, deve melhorar também. Ficamos 3 dias, e isso impactou. O fato de não ter recepção também dificultou relatar sobre o quão ruim o chuveiro estava. Resumindo foi bom, mas tinha potencial pra ser muito melhor.

A localização é o ponto forte, fica a menos de 5 minutos do quadrado, o quarto é um pouco apertado, mas muito organizado e limpo, o cafe da manha é bem simples, mas gostoso, porem, somente inicia as 8h30, horario em que a maioria dos passeios estão saindo
