Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The floors is damaged and loose The furniture was stained and had bad smell The bathrooms, windows are dirty and has molds in certain areas The staff answer was the apartment still useable Had to leave it and find 2 different hotels for our stay in Porto area
