Superb location within walking distance of all Porto’s attractions, excellent facilities and friendly staff.

It was fantastic. The location is perfect. Loved the live music in the square every evening. My only thing is the shower could be better. Very clean, but it was an old claw foot tub with a wrap around curtain; pretty small. Otherwise, beautiful room/

I loved the hotel for its for its friendly staff and wonderful location. I stayed for two days and returned to stay 3 more nights. It felt like home. Our room looked down on the square and we were entertained every night by the brilliant jazz music. There were five outdoor restaurants in the square and more just around the corner. The museums were just around the corner and Sao Bento metro is 5 min walk. The riverwalk is 5 min away. The hotel staff are so friendly and so helpful. The beds are comfortable. There are old fashion bathtubs and showers and all the drinks and snacks stocked in the refrigerator are included!!! They left me a package of treats on the St. John Festival Day to celebrate. They recommended a wonderful trip to the Douro Valley. I loved being here, I hope to return someday and I would recommend it highly.

Staying at the hotel was an incredible experience. I was upgraded to a room that was stunning, expertly kept, and stocked with an array of fantastic bath products. The staff went out of their way to secure me reservations at top restaurants and provided me with expert touring recommendations. I can not recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel is in a perfect location. Nice rooms and helpful staff.

Oder from shower drain. Room had oder of sewer. Overall great experience.

Very nice smaller hotel right in the middle of central Porto. Service was excellent. Nice restaurant in the hotel that has a buffet breakfast which worked out well several days. Room layout was a little awkward and did not provide much privacy for someone using the bathroom. My daughter and I made it work. Would be fine if traveling as a couple.

We loved this charming hotel with a young, friendly, highly professional staff. It is in a perfect location within walking distance of historic sights, restaurants, cafes, the river, etc. We made reservations and had two fantastic dinners in the hotel restaurant. Our room had a small seating area; the hotel interior has been renovated with beautiful modern features. Our room furnishings are lovely though simple; there could have been slightly better lighting. Overall we were delighted we chose this hotel and highly recommend it.

Very convenient location to everything in town on foot. We got lucky with parking.

Wonderful customer service, beautiful historic building that has been updated so well with new modern luxuries, right in the center of the city (you can walk everywhere)!
