1. Room offered was different from what we booked (and according to Orbitz, >100$ cheaper) 2. Balcony is nice but too small to actually sit on - not that there was a chair. 3. Ants in bed. 4. Room not arranged as booked or assured when we checked in. 5. Location is very nice. 6. No really a 5-star hotel when compared to others in the same network we stayed at. Management apologized but didn't actually do anything material other than apologizing. Will not return or recommend.
