Excellent full sized apartment with living area, full kitchen, dining table, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. Spacious bathroom with a good sized shower. Right in the heart of old town Porto just a very short walk to the Douro River.

Great location. We did have a problem, our room was not ready by 3PM when we finally got it at 3:30 it was still dirty. They sent a maid and it was ready in 30 minutes. To compensate for this inconvenience they gave us a complimentary breakfast which was outstanding.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, super comfortable, and surprisingly very quiet. The apartment was much bigger and nicer than we expected. Even though we were in the a bustling area, close to tons of shops, restaurants, and the charming riverfront, the apartment was totally quiet. The breakfast is decent - we only signed up for one morning and then made use of our kitchen the next two mornings. We loved our stay here and would book again.

Exceptional location!

Unbeatable location on Rebiera square, literally steps away from the riverfront. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around. Apartment is spacious with a modern bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Our particular apartment had minor maintenance issues such as an occasionally running toilet. Otherwise everything else was exceptional.

The receptionists (yes, all of them) for this property were NASTY, IRRESPONSIBLE, and TERRIBLE. I lost an important item on the day I checked out. I called the front desk later to ask if someone could go and check my room. It was such an easy task but I almost had to beg the lady to do it & she told me she’ll call me back. I was felt so grateful at the time. 3 hours later and nothing. I call again and a male receptionist picks up, he says he’ll do it 8 hours later. Half hours after the promised call, nothing. I called back and the third person told me the clean lady will work in one hour, they will inform them if there is anything. I had to call and wrangle an answer out of their mouth (they kept trying to postpone checking for some odd reason) and turns out apparently NONE of them personally went and checked even though they told me they would. The whole situation sucked.

The staff was extremely helpful, they took care of any requests we had immediately. We absolutely loved the size of the room and the kitchen was so helpful in preparing little meals. The location was awesome, right in the middle of all the hot spots and tourists attractions. Definitely recommend staying here.

In the heart of Ribeira, but comfortable and quiet

Location is key for this place! It’s in the heart of the Ribeira area and walkable to most places. Traveled with a toddler, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite being in such a happening area. The bed isn’t the most comfortable but fine, and the shower door tends to leak water everywhere. Note the 10 am checkout because that was too early for us, but they will allow you to store luggage in the hotel building down the street. Overall I would recommend this place and would go back!

The apartment is very dark, feels like a cave. There are 2 small windows but they look out on a narrow dark street. Also, we were unable to find pods for the coffee machine at the nearby grocery, and had to ask reception for more pods multiple times. Each time had to wait for housekeeping to bring them (in one case next day) and each time they brought only decaf pods. There were dishes and utensils for 4 people but only 3 forks. Small inconveniences that add up to a less than comfortable stay.

Room itself was okay, not like the photos as smaller. There was just a lack of any good touches eg two coffee pods for a three day stay, 20 euros for one bottle of water in the fridge ( obviously not consumed ), absolutely no communication regarding anything, no instructions for anything in room. Not big things but poor on the details. Would not book again.
