João IV Parking Garage. You will also be in the heart of Porto, where you can shop along Rua de Santa Catarina, visit the Chapel of Souls, and explore other iconic tourist attractions in the city.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.

If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to consultation.

If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the scheduled check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

The tenant agrees to allow access to the property for inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be paid by the guest.

We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to ask (price upon consultation).
