Welcome to our newly renovated Chic & Sweet Home, located on Rua de Santa Catarina, right in the heart of downtown Porto, and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions in the city of Invicta. It will be the ideal apartment for those who like to be well located, couples, working professionals or for a weekend getaway in the Invicta city of Porto.

The Space:
You will find at your disposal a pleasant living room with a small French balcony; a kitchen equipped with the essentials and a dining table; a double bedroom and a bathroom with all the necessary facilities for the comfort of your stay.

For your convenience, our apartment has air conditioning, Smart TV with channel box and Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire apartment!

The Neighborhood:
You will be in the heart of the city, on Rua de Santa Catarina, the main shopping street, and will allow you to be just minutes away from everything you might need for a worry-free stay. And if you want to explore further afield, the Bolhão Metro station is just 700 meters from the apartment.

You will have a lot to enjoy in the region such as; Capela das Almas, Via Santa Catarina Shopping, the famous Café Majestic or Teatro de São João, there are many places to fill with admiration. To enjoy traditional Porto and Portuguese food and to have the energy to walk from one place to another, there are great restaurants nearby.

At São Bento Station, bus number 500 is a good public transport option: pass through Ribeira, the entire riverfront, Foz, beaches and end at Mercado de Matosinhos, where you can taste delicious fresh fish and find various local products from the city.

Other Things to Note:
Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, and monthly visits are planned for this purpose.

Located on the second floor, there is no elevator.
