The Space:
You'll find an apartment with a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 3 people; fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, electric hob, etc. Large, bright living room with flat-screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi; sofa, dining table and small balcony; bathroom with towels, amenities and first aid kit.

Located right in the heart of the city, it's just a 5-minute walk from the city center, where everything happens! Here you can get lost in the famous Galeries de Paris, buy what you've always wanted in Praça Carlos Alberto, or taste the most famous Portuguese dish: Francesinha.

Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00.Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it can affect our guests' stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are duly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

Getting Around:
If you want to visit the rest of the city's wonders, you'll find the Trindade metro station just 10 minutes away, with access to several lines.

Other Things to Note:
Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, and monthly visits are planned for this purpose.
