The Space:

The Neighborhood:

Located on the popular Rua de Fernandes Tomás, in the privileged area known as Poveiros, which is famous for preserving the distinctive and iconic features of Porto. Close to the Jardim do Campo 24 de Agosto, still mainly frequented by the locals, you'll find traditional city shops, great restaurants, supermarkets, and paid parking spaces. In front of the apartment, there is a large square with a commercial area, offering everything you need just a few meters away.



The best public transport option is the Campo 24 de Agosto Metro Station/Bus Terminal, which is about 200 meters away, with various bus options close by as well. Rua de Santa Catarina, Bolhão, Avenida dos Aliados, Galeria Paris, and São Bento are all within walking distance from the apartment. A tip is bus number 500, which departs from São Bento Station and travels along the Douro Riverbank, Foz, beaches, and ends at the Mercado Municipal de Matosinhos, where you can find local products and a variety of fresh fish from the city.

Key pick-up is done at our Welcome Center, located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto, where you can meet our staff!



We have a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a charge will be applied (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a cost of 40€ after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention needed), the cost will be provided upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package costs, set at 190€. If these limits are exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow access to the property for inspections upon request by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
