Fit for our stay

We liked our stay there, it´s well equipped and decorated appartment with all we needed in bathroom and kitchen (we didn´t cook). Location is just right to be still relatively quiet, but very close to the city center. Also communication with the host was seemless, just the indication of the accomodation location on the street could be a bit more obvious.

Cannot say enough good things about this property in Porto. Anabela was incredibly accommodating and the check in process was easy. There are a few different ways to get to the location (uber, taxi), but we got off at the nearby Bolhão metro station after taking the train in from Lisbon. It's a bit of a hike up the stairs with luggage so be ready but so is every accommodation in Portugal. The place was lovely with nice touches like body wash available, wifi, and good air conditioning. Sleep was easy and the area is super accessible and walkable. Would recommend to anyone.

Having the balcony & green space /garden view was a very nice amenity. We could have, but didn’t use the garden because we were so busy touring beautiful Porto. Very convenient and quiet given the urban environment.

Incredible unit in a very walkable part of town with everything we could have wanted. The space was beautiful, with a large and comfortable kitchen/ living area and full bath downstairs and two nice bedrooms upstairs (one ensuite). An amazing value and would stay again.

Pros Nice location Clean Our unit is facing the opposite side of the street so it was quite quiet The host was very responsive and helpful. Cons Upstair bathroom is short and small 2 bedrooms are small. Could barely open carry-on luggage on the floor. The stairs to the bedrooms are a bit challenging. 3 storeys of stairs to climb from the ground floor. It should be 4.5 stars but no such option available

Good stay.

Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy. Great location for transportation, shopping and restaurants. A short walk from Bolhao metro station. Overall a very nice stay.

Excellent apart-hotel

Excellent studio apartment, 1 block off the main pedestrian shopping street, and close to many sights. lots of restaurants shopping nearby, including supermarkets and wine stores. Speak with the agency several days at least before your arrival date to secure a parking space a few doors down the street. You will pass it on your right when you arrive up the street, you might be able to temporarily to park illegally in front of a delivery door across the street. Excellent service and hosts. My only concern could be the lack of an elevator for some people.Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and nice. All furniture looks pretty good and has a decently equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable; though, the pillows aren’t. It is not particularly noisy; but you can hear everything from the rooms above or below.

Very clean, spacious and conveniently located property. Excellent manager on hand throughout the day to assist and sort out any issues. English news channels on the TV - Sky News and BBC. Garden area at rear of the property where you can relax and have a drink. Would recommend.

Perfect!

This beautifully appointed apartment was the perfect place to stay in Porto. Upon arrival, we were a little nervous because the street looked a little sketchy at night. We parked in a parking garage and found the check in office. The woman who checked us in was fantastic. She gave us a map and a lot of good tips. The apartment itself was great and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Once we went out, we realized that we were within walking distance of everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.
