We stayed in this property for 29 nights, unfortunately. When you enter the apartment, first thing you're greeted with is a horrible smell. We told the host about it, it was especially bad from the washing machine and in the bedroom. Host advised us to keep the window and door open to let some air in and turn on AC in dehumidifying mode. We did, it didn't help, the smell was still bad. If you keep the window and door closed the smell gets worse and worse. The only window is on ground floor by the road. Many people walk by and cars drive by. It's difficult to always leave it open and thus you have to bare the smell. They will try to spray as much freshener as possible to hide it, but you'll still feel it even on short stays. During the last 10 days of our stay we had a rat in our ceiling squeaking and making noise during the day and night. The host at first asked us not to create problems and didn't believe it. After we sent a couple of videos they said they can't do anything about it for the next 5 days. 5 days later the host came and apologized but they still couldn't do anything as it is high season and it's difficult to find someone to to care of the problem. The wifi wasn't stable. Host doesn't speak English.
