My husband and I stayed at GA Palace Hotel for 3 nights. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated. It was on the first floor and facing the street. However, it was quiet and we were able to sleep through the night. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was delicious. The hotel is located in the center of the Port historic area and within walking distance to most attractions. GA Palace Hotel is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at and we highly recommend to anyone who travels to Port.

The GA Palace is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean and luxurious. All of the staff are very friendly and courteous. The restaurant is excellent and we even got to enjoy evening cocktails. The hotel is central to everything in Porto. The walk to Gaia was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is beautiful. The Front Desk staff, concierge and Door Person were all super nice and helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were not very friendly and some times down right snooty with the exception of Ricardo. Our room was beautiful and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend the hotel. I was super impressed with how lovely all the flowers in the main lobby were and how clean everything was. Super comfy bed too. Nice spa area.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this luxurious hotel. Everything about it is so beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist gave us a map and lots of helpful information about places to visit around Porto. The rooms were comfortable and had a lovey big bed. The restaurant was very plush and breakfast was superb with a wide range of good quality food and drink options. We didn’t use the pool / spa facilities, but all looked very nice. I would definitely return. 10/10
