This beautifully furnished and thoughtfully adorned 180-square-meter residence offers an inviting atmosphere. It features expansive, interconnected living, dining, and kitchen spaces, making it an ideal choice for groups and families.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and cutlery, ensuring you have everything you need for preparing homemade meals. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a washer and ironing facilities for your convenience.

The three bedrooms are tastefully appointed and include two double beds and a single bed, complete with plush, hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort.

In each of the three bathrooms, you'll find all the essentials you may require, including complimentary shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

Rest assured that the home is meticulously and professionally cleaned to guarantee a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The parish of Paranhos, located within the city of Porto, is a unique urban area that has managed to preserve its age-old traditions.

These customs are a blend of the region's historical landscape and its agricultural heritage, brought about by its fertile soils. Paranhos also owes its traditions to its strategic location, which has been a crossroads for people from the northern regions visiting the bustling city of Porto for centuries.

Despite its modern urban character, Paranhos still offers a glimpse into a bygone era when it was a collection of villages. Here, you can encounter locals selling homegrown vegetables and fresh flowers right from their doorsteps. You can also experience the nostalgia of traditional grocery stores and bakeries where personal connections with customers are cherished. Joining the procession in honor of Our Lady of Health, and savoring water from the enduring old fountains – these are all remnants of distinctly rural customs.

In Paranhos, you get the best of both worlds: the convenience and amenities of city living, combined with the tranquil charm that's typically hard to find in urban environments. This duality is what makes Paranhos a truly special place..

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car, with direct public transport to the city centre, beaches and logistic interfaces.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in instructions to pick up the keys.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
