El personal fue muy amable en especial Marcela. El cuarto es muuuy pequeño, se que estás en Europa pero no es tan cómodo en la distribución. La puerta del baño abre hacia adentro sin manija entonces o te machucas o no la abres 😆. La ubicación es buenísima.

My first room here had a shower that flooded and a swinging bathroom door. Not the most convenient shower set up and the room looked run down (room 310).... got a new room 002, loved it! Great breakfast and location
You can't get a better location than this. Staff is amazing and helpful. Hotel provides free mobile phone to guests, with lte data and minutes to call anywhere at no charge, super helpful around Portugal.
Great location in the old district in Porto. One block from the Douro River. Rooms are good size and modern.

Wonderful location! Located right off of the river and easy to walk everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful. As soon as you arrive they greet you with wine and offer to sit down with you to point out all of the main attractions and make recommendations. We got to know everyone at the front desk because they were so helpful and friendly. Rooms are standard as well as breakfast. But it's great to have free breakfast!
This hotel went above and beyond our expectations-especially after we booked it a week in a half before during high tourist season. Upon check in we were greeted by a very kind and helpful woman. She gave us maps and a google phone(!) to use throughout our stay with internet apps like a city guide and the full functionality of a real cell phone. We even were allowed to make international phone calls up to 30 minutes using it all for free. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the whole first experience was great. When we arrived to our room on the fourth floor we were even more surprised, on our bed was a chocolate cake with a note congratulating us on our recent marriage. It was a very sweet guesture and the cake was delicious! The room was a perfect size with plenty of storage, a safe, mini fridge (free bottle of water everyday) and more. The room was very clean and it was just wonderful. The hotel is a block behind the ribeira (the famous riverbank with the restaurants) and was the perfect location to go anywhere in the city. We were very pleased and will be recommending the hotel to everyone we know! Thanks you House Ribeira for a wonderful experience!!
Great location. Very friendly staff. Room had major ceiling leak resulting in large puddle of water on floor. Slow response to problem and no concessions offered. Room looked out on a light well. Gloomy and claustrophobic.
Great location. Room was very small and dusty. Dirt on the walls as well. Bathroom was nice. No view from the room.
This was a very nice hotel and the staff was wonderful, the only problem was that there was a bit of an odd smell.
The staff are excellent and the hotel is comfortable and in a very nice location. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I had a problem one morning with the shower water leaking out on to the door but that was the only problem. I recommend this hotel 100%.
