Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Carolina Michaelis station and a 9-minute walk from Lapa station. This central location allows for easy access to public transportation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

J'ai effectué mes réservations en Français et tous les mails qui m'ont été adressés par GUESTREADY l'ont été en ANGLAIS, comme en témoigne le titre ci-dessus.. Aucun contact physique avec le prestataire. Détail négatif, la serrure de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est plus que délicate à ouvrir, il faut souvent plusieurs minutes pour réussir à tourner la clé. Ce problème avait déjà été signalé.
