Welcome to my apartment!

This delightful 70 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the ground floor and has a private parking spot.

The living space features a lovely sitting area with a plush sofa bed where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city and a dining table.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a microwave, and a cooking plate. A washing machine is also available in the laundry space.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, including a double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is a lovely balcony where guests can relax and enjoy their meals outside in the sunlight.

Please note the gate to the private garage can only be opened with a key and manually, requiring a little strength, and it is not accessible to people of short stature.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Porto, a stunning city in Portugal, boasts a unique blend of commercial and residential buildings dating back to the 18th century. One of its oldest and most charming neighbourhoods is Cedofeita, which means "Early Made." This area is renowned as the city's art district, offering a delightful array of art galleries and traditional stores that reflect Porto's vibrant cultural scene.

Another must-visit area in Porto is Clérigos, famous for its towering landmarks. The tallest bell tower in Porto, Torre dos Clérigos, stands proudly in this neighbourhood, offering breathtaking city views. Nearby, the magnificent Baroque-styled Clérigos Cathedral (Igreja dos Clérigos) showcases stunning architecture and rich history, making Clérigos a key destination for visitors exploring Porto's heritage.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Lapa, is just a 9-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 15:00, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when sofa bed is not included).
