The living area features a cosy sitting space, including a couch bed, a TV for relaxing evenings, a dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen—perfect for cooking and socialising. It includes all essentials such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware to prepare delicious meals. A service shared bathroom is available to guests.

The bedroom, accessible by stairs, is tastefully decorated and offers a comfortable queen-size bed and ample storage space. The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 4TH FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in one of Porto’s most central and lively areas, this neighbourhood perfectly captures the city’s vibrant spirit and historic charm. Surrounded by elegant architecture and cultural landmarks, it offers an authentic experience just steps away from some of Porto’s most famous sights, including the São Bento train station and the iconic Avenida dos Aliados. The area is well-connected and full of life, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport.

Visitors will find plenty of cafés, traditional restaurants, and local shops nearby, as well as charming viewpoints overlooking the city. Whether enjoying a morning coffee while watching the bustle of daily life or setting out to discover Porto’s hidden gems, this location provides the ideal base for experiencing the energy and beauty of the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just a 1-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
